Add/Use Brands

The brand is the most important part of an automotive product. Once you create your Brand on https://www.autocarevip.com then you need to add the Brand details (Brand Code, Brand Name, Company Name, etc…) in the PCFitment. If you want us to create a brand for you with nominal charges please contact us. Please follow the below steps to add brand details into PCFitment.

1. When you are ready to start adding your Brand, simply navigate to the main menu located at the top of the PCFitment home page and click 'My Brand'.
2. Next, enter your Company, Phone, Brand Code and Brand Name then click 'Add Brand':
3. After you click 'Add Brand' you will see the newly added brand in the Brand Information grid:                        
4. Use of Brand Code:

   With New Part:

   You need to use Brand Code while adding a new Part in PCFitment.

   Please see below screen. Here you can see an option.

   

   You can select the brand from the option and the Part will be associated with selected brands.

   With Batch Upload:

   You need to select Brand while using Batch Upload. The new Part and their fitments will be added to the selected Brand.

   

   With Export Fitments (Excel or XML):

   Whenever you export Fitments a popup will appear to ask you to select the Brand for which you want to export Fitments.

   

   Once you select the Brand, all related Parts and Fitments will be exported from that Brand.

   For Submit Fitments on Amazon:

   Whenever you want to submit Fitments on Amazon, you need to select the Brand for that you want to submit.

   Here you can select the Brand and click on the “Submit To Amazon” Button. The related Parts and Fitments will be exported and submitted on Amazon.
