Add/Edit Universal Collection

We have implemented a new feature “Universal Collection” in PCFitment.

Whenever you have parts that fit in all vehicles then you can use this feature.

To Use this feature, click on “Universal Collection” on the navigation like below.

On the Collection page, you will get your all-added collections in the list. You can add a new Collection, you can click on “Add New Collection”.

After clicking on “Add New Collection”, you will get the below screen where you can enter “Collection Name” and click on the “Save & Next” button to add a Collection.

You can back to the list page after clicking on the “Back to Collection” button if you do not want to add a new collection now.

You can edit the Collection name as well. Click on the “Edit Collection” icon button in the collection list

and you will get a popup to edit the collection name like below.

 Update the name and click on the "Update" button. It will update the collection name.

Once you create the collection, it will redirect you to the fitment page of the collection like below

Here you can see the file upload option. 

Please make sure that your uploaded file is be same as the "PCFitment Excel Template". If you do not have the template, you can download it from the “Download Excel Template” link on the screen. The template file like as below:

Here the column name written in red is required. VehicleType and Note columns are optional.

Once you upload the file it will process and give you a summary like below:

Here you can get the summary of how many vehicles are added to the collection and how many are invalid.

In the top right section, you can see the part number linked with this collection.

In the below, you can see the list of fitments, where you can delete the unwanted fitments. Update quantity and notes of all or single fitments.
