A coverage report is a tool that helps find and analyze missing or incomplete information about a part. It shows any "gaps" in important details needed for accurate listings and good search results, like compatibility, part numbers, and other key information.
Please follow the below steps to generate a Coverage report.
Select part number:
When you are ready to start getting the remaining fitment data first you can select the part number from the ‘PartNumber’ dropdown list.
Select Make:
After selecting PartNumber, you can select Make from ‘Make’ dropdown list.
Select Model:
Having selected PartNumber and Make, next you have to select a model. The model is optional. If you do not select any model value then skip this step and directly click on the ‘Search’ button then show all model fitment in your screen.
But if you want to show specific model data then follow the below step.
Select Specific Model:
If you want to select a specific model then you can select Specific model from the Model drop down.
Select All Model:
If you want to get all model fitment then click on the ‘Select All’ link button then all model values are selected.
Clear All Model:
If you want to clear all selected values then click on the ‘Clear all’ link button and all values are clear in the model drop-down.
Year Range:
Next, you will need to select the vehicle year range. Again, it is an optional selection. If you do not get specific year-range data then you skip this step. But if you want to show specific year range data then follow the below step.
From Year:
If you want to show fitment data from a specific year to the current year then you can select From Year value.
To Year:
If you want to show fitment data from a specific year range then you can select Year. If you do not select from year then you cannot see To Year options. So first you need to select from year and then select to year.
Search:
After selecting all the required details, you need to click on the ‘Search’ Button to generate the report.
Coverage Fitment Report:
After clicking on the ‘Search Button, you see the vehicle list in the grid that you have missed.
Export Record in Excel File:
If you want to get all record in an Excel file then click on ‘Export’ button and show and download Excel file in your drive.
